For versatile high-volume stamping, we employ a thorough process of co-engineering, tooling engineering, tool manufacturing, testing and release to production. So the most defining steps are at the beginning of the process. 1. Co-engineering<\/h3>\n

As a co-engineer, we can work closely together to provide the complete design of various components. Using appropriate CAD software, our engineers create and optimize the design of metal components based on specifications and requirements. In doing so, they adhere to strict quality standards and methods. With static and dynamic strength analyses such as SolidWorks, FEM and Stampack Xpress, we prevent risks and quality problems already in the development phase, while all kinds of practical tests can be skipped. On the basis of co-engineering, we provide several offers, including technical and financial analysis.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

2. Tool Construction<\/h3>\n

From the approved product design follows the tool design with which the parts can be manufactured to assemble the tooling for our stamping presses. For this we have a fully equipped tool shop in-house and a team of artisan toolmakers. They ensure the timely disassembly and validation of dies and punching tools and guard quality with checks for breakage, bluntness or anomalous assembly. The 3D designs are produced by our engineers using Top Solid Progress software. Then the toolmakers get to work using their extensive equipment including:<\/p>\n

    3. Punching<\/h3>\n

    For the production of the most diverse metal components, Stanstechniek has an extensive fleet of eccentric press machines, manual eccentric presses and hydraulic presses. Our eccentric presses range from 60-ton to 500-ton press lines with various maximum belt widths. Hydraulic presses range from 125 tons to 250 tons. Once the designated punch press is equipped with the specific tooling and the input of strip steel is set, actual production begins. Our production lines run almost independently due to extensive automation. We produce special models and prototypes during the day, while mass-produced goods are manufactured in the evening and night.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

    4. Robot assembly<\/h3>\n

    At Stanstechniek, we have invested in the development of assembly robots. This takes the time-consuming assembly out of the hands of customers who otherwise have to put entire teams to work assembling large numbers of parts. Manual assembly has previously been a bottleneck for the smooth flow of orders, but at Stanstechniek it can also be automated, including 100% final inspection. Besides saving our customers a lot of costs, the availability for delivering large orders has also become a lot faster.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

    5. Supply Chain Management<\/h3>\n

    Our logistics specialists ensure that everything is bundled, packaged and labeled and placed in the warehouse, ready for shipment. But before that happens, all the previous steps must be completed in a streamlined manner. Stanstechniek is therefore strongly committed to supply chain control, including digitization and automation to make the process as easy and reliable as possible. From work preparation and order processing to purchasing, production planning including edging and assembly, (internal) logistics and shipping. That includes tight direction for outsourcing finishing to specialists in powder coating, electrogalvanizing, degreasing, pickling and more.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
