Stanstechniek acquires Bekker Industrial Tools

Today Gerd Bekker and Jurgen van Loon signed the sales contract to officially transfer Bekker Industrial Tools to Stanstechniek Gaanderen B.V. as of January 1, 2023. Both companies have been working closely together for some time. Bekker’s expertise in machining techniques aligns perfectly with Stanstechniek’s current activities in tool construction and maintenance.

By incorporating the work of Bekker’s 5 staff members into the Stanstechniek organization, employment will be maintained. This move will allow Stanstechniek to further expand its leading role as a manufacturer of stamping parts.
